BDI Villas were built to host guests during the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics. Comprising 3 villas and a cottage, each can be rented separately or all together and can accommodate up to 18 guests. The main villa is a 2-bedroom /1.5-bath, there are two 1-bedroom /1-bath villas while the cottage, sitting on a separate title, consists of a 1-bedroom /1-bath + loft.
Each villa contains a spacious living room featuring a sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen and dining area are equipped with a stove, microwave and refrigerator. Currently each villa rental also comes with a complimentary car to use during guests' stay. All four vehicles could be worked into the sale for an additional cost.
